0/5 Stars if I could... Concerned with how the reception team treats potential clients. I was referred to this clinic because we are in buffalo for a temporary time frame. I made 1 appointment and unfortunately had to cancel. Was told later they made a new appointment but I did not know of this appointment; explained to the gal in detail if I had known of this appointment I would have been there. Called a week ago was told I would be called back, never happened. So I called back today to set up an appointment and was told "I dont know if we would only see you on a temporary basis". So which one is it are you making an appointment for me, refusing to see me as a patient or what?! I will be calling again tomorrow in hopes to speak to a clinic manager because this has been extremely frustrating. I was referred here due to only being in Buffalo on a temporary basis. For anyone reading this review; make sure you ask for things to be followed up with an email or ask for names of who you spoke with because I wish I did. I feel defeated on top of the stress of being pregnant. After playing phone tag for days finally spoke to someone today and was told they can’t see any OB appts until November. Even though I expressed numerous times that I will not be here In NOVEMBER. Truly do not waste your time with these people. They have horrible customer service for their receptionists and lack of care for folks that need to be seen ASAP. And will tell you to “go to urgent care for OB care”Oh really? Then spoke to a manager of the clinic and was told "We dont see people who are moving" HAHA; So if I didnt like the care you provided what you would tell me I can't change OB clinics? You are a few crayon shorts from the crayon box and probably should really get training through this whole clinic. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Worst experience ever with My dad's appointment he is 76 years old can't walk very well coz of COPD. I called to make sure my dad's appointment and they told us to go genesee st location soo i did then those people tell us that i have to go to Broadway st. Like whatt!! then we came to Broadway and they tell me that we're late. So i told them what happened and had us wait for a hour and half.

do not go here, it sounded like such a scammish call the audio sounded so off. ontop of that they say you gotta wait 2 months to even possibly get seen which isnt even a promise to get treated. even my insurance recommended me them yet it was so unprofessional. no thanks

One of the bad Clinik ever have in the United States, I went there 3 times on time, they always called me after long time, sometimes more than 1 hours late. Many patience’s was frustrated by the doctors, they don’t even enough the doctors. Sometimes just one doctor there. After I read all reviews I have noticed that many Asians got bad service. Especially, the front desk staffs are so rude, the should explain the patience’s friendly, but they don’t !!!
