I arrived to the facility within an hour before closing, however, since I was only coming for a replacement, I was able to use the kiosk to the right of the entryway and request a number. Once my number was called, I was asked to go to a numbered window. The agent at the window was very nice and made sure my information was thoroughly checked for accuracy. It went quite smoothly for it being my first time at any facility of this nature. BUT...there is quite a lot of signage, which could be confusing to first timers. A little bit more direction with arrows would suffice, rather than a bunch of wordy signs.

Is appointment necessary
We received a bill for IRMAA Part B for 2020 and 2021 but I retired in Dec 2019 so the billed amount should be lower. I will fill out the Life Changing Event form and send it in. Can I hold off on paying my 2020 amount until we receive an adjusted bill based on my lower income? 7GFJG0QA73

No just check their hours of operation as one day they [email protected] you enter go to your right&access machine that issues you a number to wait. Clean calm environment with kind employees

You can walk-in. Speak to the security guard. He will guide you to the kiosk to answer questions about your needs. Then you will receive a ticket number. My wait was less than 20 mins.

I went to social security in warrensville for help. The gentlemen did what he could and then made an appointment for me in Beechwood which was 6 weeks later

They aren't seeing people in person anyway. You just need to fill out the application and provide the required proof of age and drop it off at the drop box in the building. You need to knock on the door for the security guard to let you in.
