If you want thieves checking out your house while delivering your items, then this is the place for you! I have video evidence of one of their vans being used to steal my son's motorcycle in June. Don't let these people anywhere near your house. Edited to add: I did contact customer support on July 2. There was no response. The police didn't show up there because my son moved out of state that day. Around here, the cops don't do anything except tell a victim to go the warrant division at the police department and file an official report. That division is only open 2 days a week in the morning. Since my son was long gone by then, he didn't go. It's enough that it's been reported. It is NOT my problem that Recreational Warehouse didn't remove the company logo before they handed their vehicle off to a dealer, nor is it my fault that the dealer was allowed to sell the van with the logo intact. If you don't want to be implicated in a crime, make sure that there is no blatant or circumstantial evidence tying you to it.

The service when purchasing a pool was great, delivery of the pool was good. An item was missing but it was brought the next day. The pool liner had a hole in it. We were asked to monitor it for a week just to make sure. We drained over 10,400 gallons of water and a replacement liner was installed. The original filter that was delivered was not what we ordered and that was replaced with the one we ordered with the new liner.. The ladder that was part of the "pool package" did not fit the pool and were were told it should fit. We bought a different type of ladder and when we got home to install it, there were two pieces missing. Now we have to go back to the store to get the missing pieces. This experience has been beyond frustrating.
