This is one of those few times I wish there was a negative star rating. They honestly don't deserve the 1 star. Yes, it's that bad. They are hard to get a hold of and If you're lucky enough to actually get a hold of them, you'll regret it after you hang up. Customer service to them doesn't exist. Also, they have no problem with their staff stealing guests belongings. They will even acknowledge it but say they aren't responsible for it. I just can't stress it enough, doing business with them in ANY way will result in nothing but disappointment and anger. Not to mention you will basically be throwing your money away.

This place is so nice!! The room was very clean and decorated nicely. The pool was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the service was great!! Can't wait to go back!
