Had to get 1 chain fixed multiple times even when I wore it 3 times since buying it. Had jewelry all my life never had to deal with this issue. Old man had an attitude and "fixed" an area that wasn't the problem. He refused to see the broken piece until his coworker saw it. When I was told by another employee that I could exchange it, the man just wasn't accommodating. Over heard him talking to an employee because he was "taking pieces from a customers purchase" when getting it fixed. The customer knew pieces were taken because he weighed his own jewelry. Very shady place and I hate to say it. This is my one and only review because of how bad the service was. Don't want to be a Karen just wanted my chain fixed, saw how shady they were. Rather take the mans advice and just melt it down if its causing me "so many issues".
