We ordered windows for our new home from this store, the sales person was very friendly, attentive and responsive up until we signed the contract and gave a deposit for the order. Once our order was placed we were given a tentative date for the delivery for all the windows however that was how we got baited into purchasing from them. To make this short, our first delivery had two incorrect windows, the second is a partial delivery 3 weeks later, the third delivery is another 3 weeks later and yes there is a fourth that they do not know when those will be ready. We ordered in June 2022 and it's now October and all of the windows still haven't been delivered. These were not custom windows and they were standard sizes. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this store or the brand as I found out from their corporate office that each branch is independently operated and the customer has no form of protection under the corporate office.

We replaced our all our windows and the sliding door and they are great quality windows and doors. Plus the 10 year warranty gives us great comfort. Patrick Gonzalez is great! He helped us pick out the right models for our home. After the initial installation, there were few minor things that needed follow-up. Pella did not hesitate and ordered the replacement parts right away. Alex Kaya the project manager came and finished up the rest. Everyone at Pella were super helpful with our project. I have already recommended to my neighbor for her window needs.

Update: I emailed the response email below over 3 weeks ago and no response, no windows. Will not do business with again. I ordered my windows since February 2022, it is now September 2022 and only half my windows were delivered. I was given a estimate of 3-4 months. It has now been 7 months. I am in the process of building a house. It has stalled this project severely and my home is sitting there for months with no windows. I had to renew building permits for thousands of dollars and continue paying rent for a apartment because I cannot move into my home. Don’t chance it, go else where.
