I called to ask if its possible to have a clock spring replaced on a tiguan and they said yes they can do the job. After they finished assembly i had the Steering Light on, EPC and Traction Control. They told me that they don’t have the machine to turn off these lights and that i have to take it to a Volkswagen Dealership to get it done. It is unacceptable to have a half job done and I still had to pay the full amount. I also had to go to another mechanic to get the job done and paid everything again! Very unprofessional and dishonest. Not Recommended!

Very rude!!! They scheduled an appointment for me for the next day. Something came up with my child so I couldn't come. Then 3 days later when I went back, they got an attitude with me because I couldn't make it, and never bothered to reschedule the appointment. Only thieves would have this demeanor. Don't get ripped off!!!

Called to do an inspection, was told to come in. Upon arriving, the mechanic waves me down and tell me to go somewhere else.

Went in for oil change with out appointment. Great service, easy to speak to and relaxed manner. They took only 25 minutes to change oil and even found other problems and fixed it without extra charge.
