I went yesterday to take my drug test and the staff were just fooling around , especially that this is a clinical place we come here for help not to see slack and employees fooling around , definitely a good experience if you block out everyone get in and get out

This is the worst place I have ever visited in my entire life.very disrespectful people.i was terribly disappointed today.when the women gave me the keys to put my jacket in the closet I had a hat that I had to take off but since I don't know english well I didn't know they didn't explain it well to me.the trees personn ,the both women's and the man made fun of me completely laughing out loud.i've never seen that in all my life. i felt humiliated.what a total lack of professionalism you don't deserve your place.shame.

It’s located in the Wagner building on the second floor. They took care of me fast , my appointment was for 10:30 and I was out by 11:10. Iris was very nice and helpful, everyone treated me well.

A fit test is valid for one year, unless the employee gains or loses more than 20 pounds, or has significant changes to their facial structure from dental or cosmetic procedures. If the employee is required to wear a different make, model, or size respirator, they must also have a fit test prior to wearing it.
In order to be compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), fit testing should be assessed annually.
