I did not like this product I thought that for the cost it would be good but it was not like that it runs at a speed less than 30 and it downloads very fast I have to be recharging every day and that I walk very close

I bought a scooter and after a few weeks of light use there was a bizarre electrical problem where the motor would just shut down. They gave me a loaner right away. As of this writing, they never figured out the cause, but the communication was excellent with the store and they eventually just traded me a brand new one that has worked flawlessly. I've ridden a number of other scooters and this one is just my absolute favorite.
