I can't say enough about my daughter's birthday party here. In her words great supervision, loved the dance party- great music selection and Stasia and Abby were so nice. I will add that they were terrific chaperones and thought of everything with smiles on the whole time. It truly was the Ultimate! Thanks again ladies for a memorable event.

One of the loves of my life attends sessions there and loves it. She's always been basically a loner and stuck on screen time. It's awesome to see she's enjoying such a great program!! Now she's focused and developing discipline.. Thank you

The owners are great, the staff are friendly and the coaches are simply the best! My daughter loves this place! I recommend it to everyone.

Its a variety of ages. And im not sure about weight limit. Its an amazing gym though, you should totally check it out.
