Their prices are very reasonable and I can often find the specific products I am looking for at Blue Zone. They have proven themselves to be a great addition to our Truckee community! The store has a 50% discount sales events. The price shows is 190, so should be 95 But when I did the checkout the computer says 113, and the store staff refuses to use this price they put 190 and discount to 95. I think the item is pretty good and I liked it. But I also don’t want to be tricked. I said I want to understand more what’s is the suggested price and look it up and the store staff just went away with a annoying face. I came here almost everyday during winter season and I will churn from it. Bad experience one time is sufficient.

Buyer beware. Ordered a pair of skis online and my credit card was charged immediately. They never delivered the skis. Only after I called them, did they say that the skis were "out of stock." Sketchy.

For the safety of our employees and customers, we are following all local and federal health recommendations and guidelines.
