I’ve been coming to this salon for the past two years off and on. I continue to give this salon chance after chance but I’m continuously disappointed. Why I keep giving them chances idk. First thing I always make appointments but then when I arrive I’m asked to sit and I notice the walk-ins are taken before me. Okay so what’s the point of appointments. 2. I’m never greeted properly by the nail techs that will do my service. The first thing that comes out of his or her mouth is “Do I have a picture”. There are a lot nail steps that can be taken before you guys worry about the design. How about properly take care of the natural nail before you rush to add on the tips. Now back to the nail picture. Every time I show any of the nail techs the inspiration picture that they ask for I never even get close to the look I asked for. And as a women of color the treat I experienced last time was heartbreaking. I didn’t like the way my nails were being done, it was not the correct color acrylic and I stopped the tech. He didn’t try to correct it only began to take them off and tell me to wait for someone else. He was very angry. If I’m making appointments, spending my money and tipping. I should receive the service I ask for. I’ve seen plenty of other customers say they aren’t satisfied and never received that type of backlash.

I've never had a bad experience here. I've been going for over a year and every tech I've had has been amazing. They always shape them so nice and even and will work to give you exactly what you ask. One time I wasn't completely satisfied with my set, and without me asking the owner came and took them all off and redid them perfectly for no extra cost. She also stayed almost an hour after close to finish them. Seriously the most professional and skilled nail salon I've ever visited and I cant imagine going anywhere else. If you want someone good at nail art I'd recommend Tom, he also hand filed my nails to perfection. Love this place!

The first time it happened I let it slide b/c I really loved the place. But this second time they just went over the line. They over charge for the worker performed. They tell you one price then get 10 to 15$ more than that from your card then claim it’s the tip for the people (even tho I always tip them cash!!) so that’s extra money they’re taking. This last time they’re charging me $95 for regular manicure with no chip. Yes I got some design but it’s my nails and they’re short. That’s still way more than what they have advertised as the price. As much as I love their work, I don’t like what they’re doing here. I talked to two of my friends about this and what was my surprise that it has happened to them too! Check your accounts right after you pay if you don’t want any surprises later!
