you enter you are quickly called to the cash register(saddly, just like in any doctor office) they told me, once I handed them my insurance card that I will have to pay a deductible, so far Nothing out of the ordinary. But then the receptionist/cashier, announce that it will be 1 of the 3 different tiers. a)$69.95 B)$165.95 i9 C) $212.95 Each of the amounts had a 5 or 6 digit code number in front of them but zero explanation. I was led to a room, my temperature was taken so was my blood pressure (2.5 minutes). Then waited for 4 minutes and THE Doc, came in. Look inside my nose with tweezers and inside my ears with a basic scope and told me "light infection" and he will prescribe some nasal drops and antibiotics, total 6 minutes with me and he made sure to guide me to the check out desk where I was told I had to pay $212.95 dollars, very surprised I asked That cashier: "Ahh. Ok so what of the digit code number my case is under and why. Why the 212.95 instead of the 69.95?. To that she answer "ohh I am not sure, the doctor circle the one I need to charge and that is all we know". That doctor made 212.95 dollars in 10 minutes with me and how often in an hour or in a day he charges that while NO ONE is capable to explain. He, for sure didn't mentionned anything to me. If my easy and quick case cost that much what do anyone need to go for and pay only 69.95 then. No no no..No LOVE, (that is a bummer but that is where the whole world is going now anyway). No CARE, (oh..well hopefully they are not all like this), but NOT ENOUGH COMPASSION AND ROB anyone one blind...that is non acceptable. Next time I take the Hour drive to Raleigh and go back to my regular Doctor he is talented, his staff cares and his office does smell a little bit of a business still but no monkey business in sight. Good luck Ya'll, make sure you check the competition...this one ain't winning according to all the different review sites L

I've seen Dr Bennett numerous times and he's great. Have had great luck with the front desk too.

We are from out of town. Called the office in the morning to asked to be seen for an ear infection. Front desk said no and after I ask again for a work-in she hung up on me!! I called back and was sent to voice mail !!! Shocking The doctor might be great but front desk is the face of the practice and is terrible !
