I got my alcatel phone wet and i put 50 dollar's down deposit and it went towards fixing it then i Paid 60 dollars more when it was fixed. I was satisfied. It doesnt hurt to bring it in and ask. Unfortunately u dont get ur deposit back if it costs a lot to be fixed. But thats up to u and thats the company policy and form u sign before hand. They show u the form and u read it on the computer.
