1st time visiting. Order a roast beef sandwich and onion rings. Roast beef was dry, on a squished, toasted bun. Onion rings were re-fried. Served in a oil stained bag. I threw most of it away. Step it up, Hardee's 🤦‍♀️ EDIT** I found myself back in this area, and once again, I decided to try again. I'm glad I did! Food was hot, and tasted very good. Been back a few times now and no problems. Thank you for getting your act together. Now one of my favorite stops along I43 :)

Honestly. I've been to several Hardee's over the years and this way by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had in fast food. The lady upfront was very pushy and rushing me to order when the place was dead. We got our food and we're extremely disappointed. Our chicken wasn't throughly cooked through. Very rubbery. The ham we got was a very strange color and assembled horribly. The fries we recived were very sad looking. I took pictures. I will post them on the photos part of this for everyone to enjoy. I was just there at 10:35 am today 1/12/22. I hope other customers don't get the service or food we received again.

Got myself a super star when I opened it was only 1 Beef pantry. Couldn't take it back had already started driving😔 I lost appetite there and then.
