Great place to camp if you have children with you as they will never get bored because there are so many things for them to keep busy while having fun. I can tell the staff works hard here and truly cares. On the 1st night we stayed our tub didn't have a stopper and they made sure to get us one within minutes. Thank you for a great 4th of july experience we will definitely be back next year! And shout out to the amazing staff we appreciate you!

Wonderful KOA park, beautiful peaceful setting, lots of amenities, nice people. Dog parks and kids areas, pool and more. Really good pizza delivered to your door. Need to stay awhile and enjoy the area, The Bridges of Madison County and the Bridges winery, birthplace of John Wayne and museum.

We usually avoid KOAs since we do not require a lot of lot of amenities other than peace and quiet. But this place was on our route and we needed a place to spend the night. Besides that, stinky Iowa won't let you rent a Site in a state park for just one night on weekends. It turned out to be one of our favorite campgrounds in our entire 2 week trip! A staff member escorted us to our drive-through campsite which included a large grassy lawn And a shade tree. The thing that I couldn't get over was all of the great activities there for kids of all ages! In addition to the pool there were little pedal cars, a big bouncy pillow thingy, a water balloon station, a playground with a huge climber, And much more. Kids were running around meeting new kids and in general having a ball while their parents relaxed. There were a few parties going on and so many campfires that the air in our RV got a little smokey but everything quieted down after 10 o'clock and we had a good night's sleep.

Apparently the owner has invited you to stay in the winter. I would have thought they'd be closed during coldest months .
Our main season is April - October. November - March weβre open for monthly business only in the new section of the park. All other amenities are closed during the winter months. We donβt do overnight or weekend business during that time.
I think they are closed. The simple thing to do is call them.
They close before then
Yes we have hunt brothers pizza and wings and lots of other food service items.
Haven't camped there in over a year. Very nice park though. I would call the park and ask for their current rates.
Depends on the cabin but we have bunks that are both twins and doubles. Most of the larger beds are queens except for in the camping cabins which are doubles.
I honestly can't answer that one. We stayed there in our Rv while on vacation. I would call them ..
Perry, all sites are pull through full hookup sites with HD Cable TV, streaming capable WiFi, water, 50/30/20amp electric, and sewer. We do have a few back-in sites, but those are typically reserved for our longer term guests that aren't coming and going as often. We have Hunt Brother's Pizza and Wings on-site along with hand dipped ice cream, ice novelties, slushies, shaved ice, pretzels with cheese, nachos, cookies, and a few other things. We have a small section of groceries, but it's mostly limited to the necessities like Milk, eggs, bacon, cream, drinks, bread, and plenty of different candies and chips. The closest grocery store is in Adel at the Fareway, and the closest Walmart is approximately 20 minutes away at either Jordan Creek or off 73rd next to Sam's Club. There's also a Costco next to the Jordan Creek Walmart location.
20 miles max.
