Price was ridiculously high for the quality of rooms they offer. Management is dishonest and extremely disrespectful. Most rooms badly need updates.

I called and asked about available rooms on on Friday June 10, 2021 about 6 pm and was told a room was open for that evening and the following night. The Google price showed $90/ night. When I arrived around 8 pm exhausted from a 7 hour drive the Indian gentleman told me it was $464 for 2 nights. I almost fell over but foolishly took the room having been on the road so long. Friday late there was quite a bit of noise in the parking lot and on the upper balcony between 11 pm and 2 am. Saturday night it was unbearable and difficult to sleep as many persons drank beer in the parking lot outside and we’re extremely loud and obnoxious. I had to call and wake up the owner who went to the parking lot to break it up. It was quiet for 30 or 40 minutes then the loud voices began on the upper balcony at 3 am to 4 am and never stopped. The occupants above on level 2 had moved their room furniture outside to the balcony where the noise ant drinking continued to 5 am. The rooms are outdated with cheap furniture and small TVs. I was absolutely ripped off by about $300 ad I was unable to sleep soundly for 2 straight nights due to all the drinking, screaming, yelling and talking both nights. It is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life and I’m nearly 60 years of age Low quality place and horrendous environment to try and sleep or relax at all the entirety of Saturday Eve (Sunday morning ) and for many hours Friday night into Saturday morning. Do not stay here as it was a complete nightmare.

Absolutely unacceptable service! Management is unreliable and thoughtless. Coming from a hospitality background, I cannot fathom how careless and unprofessional my experience has been. Management cancelled all room blocks for my wedding in just a few months with NO NOTICE. No phone call, no cancellation emails to the guests, no apology. They have decided to shut down for their own person needs and to not take into consideration they are running a public business. Such a shame and very disheartening.

Manager did NOT feel it was okay for me to be upset that he was allowing his Siding contractor POUND on the outside wall of the building right behind my room at 8:00AM. Said there was no Law against noise after 8 AM. That was not noise! That was him inconveniencing his customer and complete disregard for the fact that he had SLEEPING Customers and gave us ZERO notice about the loud noise or work being done. Then badically Scolded me for being upset. I was up late on Vacation, and planned to sleep in til 10. We paid nearly $250. Plus only one power outlet worked properly in the room and the lights in our sink area were flickering upon arrival and blew out on day two. No offer for even a partial refund...only nasty towards me. Rude and inconsiderate! Never staying here again!!!
