incompetent, rude staff... no answers, everyone who answers the phone wants to transfer you around, rather than help... I called about a bill, was asked to hold for a few minutes, then when someone picks up, its a completely different location... no warning, no heads up, no courtesy or professionalism, just a bunch of people who would rather transfer you to someone else than help you... then, when you get frustrated, they hang up on you... sound like a cool place to do business with?

Went to Dr Freidmann for Coolscupting. He told me I was a "perfect candidate" and that I could expect "to lose about a golfball size amount of fat" from each of my love handles. They take before photos and then I had the procedure done. As some background, I work out 5-6 times a week, follow a strict diet, and measure my waist circumference literally every day. About 5 weeks after the procedure I expressed concern that I wasn't seeing any results (same waist measurement - meanwhile weight, exercise and diet all stayed the same) He informed me that it can take up to 3 months to see results. At 3 months I still saw NOTHING. I would have been thrilled with any fat loss, but saw ZERO. $900 and nothing. He then tried to sell me on additional treatments, but why in the world would I drop another $900 if I saw no results the first time. I've heard of others seeing results from Coolsculpting elsewhere, so I'm not sure if it's just the matter of how the machine was administered, but I'm very disappointed in my results, and would have thought they would have at least offered to do the service again complimentarily as I have spent thousands of dollars with Westlake over the last 3 years. Why else do you take before photos if not to compare results??? I will certainly not be going back for coolsculpting and am learning that there are dedicated coolsculpting spas where friends are seeing actual results.

I LOVE Westlake Dermatology. Everyone from the front desk gals to the dermatologist and even aesthetician have been so kind, helpful and encouraging of my desires, treatments or conditions. I see Andrea Medina one of the aestheticians, she is AMAZING. She is so attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I completely trust her and appreciate how she interacts with me. So far I have done a hydra facial and purchased some products with Andrea and have loved it all! Dr.Hart, a dermatologist, is also so fantastic! She does not rush you and gives you undivided attention. I am so impressed with the quality of staff Westlake Dermatology has. I would highly recommend Westlake Dermatology especially Andrea Medina and Dr.Hart.
