The only thing that could have made my visit and better or more enjoyable would have been a lower bill. The staff was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. By far, the best veterinary clinic I've visited in quite a few years. Thank you for being so accommodating in seeing my pet on such short notice.

I took my dog as a second opinion for a skin condition that her regular vet was stumped on …. $300 later I was sent home with 3 meds and asked to make a follow up appt . I also paid for a rabies shot because they refused to see her without proof from her vet…. I was not asked to bring this info for the appointment and the front did not try to call my vet until the morning of the appointment to get her records; they had my vets number over 3 days before my appointment . Anyway, She did well while on the meds so I did cancel my appointment 100% due to the very high price of the first visit, we are not rich people and the $300 was def sticker shock compared to our regular vets fees . When the meds were finished she broke out horrible to the point of having no hair on her rear ended at all ! I called to see if we could get her some meds or anappt asap . I was told she must be seen first ,5 days from now …. After $300 my poor pup has to continue to chew all her hair out for 5 days until she can be seen ….. I will be taking her somewhere else . They should never leave an animal in that shape for days.

I've been using this vet for a while now. Originally I saw Dr. Kennedy for our cats. He was so great. I've since seen Dr. Lysa Deaton-Smith and even though I feel she's a good vet her people skills need work. My suggestion is if you see her you better put everything down on the chart or she will not listen to you.

Nothing could have gone better with my little Moe's visit! It was perfect! Dr. Cartner and his staff are the best and I always feel my pets are in the best hands......❤️ Scott's Creek and Dr. Cartner!

I am not sure but you can call, they are very friendly.
So I guess they only way to fit in your so called community is to give his hard earned money to it ? He's a great vet and for you to judge him for his wealth publicly is uncalled for ..
I would call them and ask them. They could be able to help you with your question more than we could. I hope that you can find someone who can if they don't.
To the best of my knowledge they do not treat wildlife. They might be able to point you in the right direction, or you can call animal services and ask them where to take the injured animal.
