This place has become so poorly run that each time I stop I say I won't go back.. I inevitably do, and the next time it's the same thing. Service is incredibly slow, not once but regularly. Most recently I sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes without ever getting to order. Finally I just drove away. Prices have increased dramatically (I know many things have), they no longer work with many of the local organizations to support the community and often have additional hidden charges if you try to use a coupon. The food is often good but you better have plenty of time when you stop... And they have stopped carrying food items that were previously offered such as roasted bites. Overall just not what it used to be.

Whenever I have visited this location the food was fresh, hot and good. This is the gold standard of Bojangles.
