What are the hours
Funding! Most Wisconsin DMV offices are only open a couple days a week.
They are open Monday and Wednesday from 7 to 5 I believe
You have to call to make an appointment for driving test. I believe they are open on Mon and Wed but thats not for sure.

No. You must have a valid permit. I grabbed everything I could think of...not expecting to all I needed and I walked out on a Monday and received it that Thursday in the mail!
I highly doubt that they will be open labor day.
