Ordered curbside from the app, checked in when I got there, waited 20 minutes before I had to go inside and still waited another 10 minutes before my meal was done. My whole order was wrong, my drink was wrong and my food was cold, sadly it wasn't busy either. The manager was extremely rude, all the workers were more worried about joking/playing around and I've called the store several times, the first time, I was hung up on and couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone again.

For 3 months I have been coming here for a senior coffee every day for my mom and I they always just give them too me even when I offer to pay they say coffee for seniors are free. But this morning they told me you have to buy something to get a senior coffee for free. Never before have they ever charged me. I will never be back

Poor customer service and food quality! Ordered a Patty Melt meal here in the drive thru (the burger was ok tasting) around 5:30pm on a Sunday but you could tell the order was rushed(as the burger was done sloppily) even though there weren’t that many people in line at the drive thru. When I come at a hour that’s not busy, I expect better and more attention paid to my order. As well as this, I ordered a unsweet tea but was given a diet coke, which I didn’t find out until moving from the drive thru pick up window. I never think that a customer should have to check if every detail of their order is correct as that is the job of the employees who build the order, but this Whataburger location really tests my trust with that now as coming here is more a inconvenience than a convenience! This is isn’t the first time this has happened either at this location. I always rate customer service by how much attention employees pay to details and this Whataburger is NOT IT! In fact, I wasn’t given a receipt(or the ketchup I asked for) or asked if I wanted one so that’s why I made my review here on google since I couldn’t do it via the website. Further regarding food quality, the fries were terrible as well since they were crunchier than usual(not necessarily a bad thing), but also very stale(which was AWFUL) as if they were fried more than once just to fulfill orders on time. A picture of some of the fries is included in this rating. That being said, I believe some employees at this restaurant are cutting corners/have no pride in the service they are providing even with how simple of orders they have to fulfill. Therefore, I genuinely give this restaurant a 1 to almost 2 star rating for poor quality of food and poor customer service. I won’t be returning to this Whataburger as much anymore until issues with customer service and food production improves.

Dry bun and barely warm meat patty; definitely not the Whataburger I was expecting. Fries had probably been in prepped earlier as well. Will not be eating there again. Good note however - Wait staff was very friendly.

6ft social distancing. Eating in available, with every other table closed off. Very frequent hand washing, sanitization, and general cleaning from staff.
