Ran in to do an exchange shortly before closing, which you know is a major annoyance in retail (coming from a retail background I know firsthand) Anyway the ladies were so nice and helpful! My item had been removed from the floor so the associate had to go to the back to get it. The whole process was quick and easy. Although the customer in front of me was a little rude, when it was my turn I was still greeted with a smile and friendly chat. Thanks Ladies!
