So we stayed here for the weekend we asked for 3 separate enclosed rooms and was told what we were getting but that was also wrong. The they messed our rooms up. So don't appreciate the misleading information. The fridge didn't work and most outlets didnt work. The blow dryer didn't work. The loft rooms we ended up getting. Sucked! Getting up too the loft was hard. not only that the first thing your gonna see is the stairs becareful walking in. Yesterday around 6pm after dinner my family wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub but because of the obnoxious drinkers dumbing alcohol in the pools and having alcohol everywhere and the front desk guy covering for them with the so what attitude. This place obviously doesn't care about people's heath because the rooms were gross we found toe nail clipping on floor. And hopefully they cleaned pool. Dayshift didn't think they should have cleaned the pool but sure they gonna talk to night shift guy. The only good thing was breakfast and we got to stay a hour after check out but worth the money super expensive for what we got. Also we asked for lower rooms we didn't get my family members have bad legs and one person had broken foot.

Decent hotel. Loud fans in the bathroom, which in itself was generously large. Comfortable and clean. Perfect for me for a one night stay over. Breakfast was better than I'd anticipated. I wish they had regular tea, but they had a good selection of herbal teas.

This is a great budget friendly hotel. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were very nice. You can't go wrong staying here.

Very pleased with our experience at RiverTree. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Nathaniel went above and beyond when I accidentally booked the only room that doesn't allow pets. The room at is cozy and pet friendly, the hot tub is clean and relaxing, and the complimentary breakfast slaps. We will definitely be staying here again
