I found Rampa Land Surveying through a friend's recommendation and what I can say is, I wished I've found them sooner!!! After having tried to get a survey done for my restaurant's liquor license application from a lot of companies that didn't return my calls or would charge outrageous amounts of money, I finally got in touch with Rampa. Osiris responded with a proposal immediately, he was there via e-mail and text every time I had a question, and completed the work in a timely and satisfactory manner. He gave the best costumer service and, best of all, the price was entirely within our means for a small, local business. I can't recommend Rampa enough. Thanks, Osiris!

Fantastic job by the folks at Rampa!! I needed a survey ASAP for my property, and in a panic, I contacted Rampa at around 3:30 PM explaining if I could have a study done the next day. Mr. Ramirez, the gentleman I spoke to, said no guarantees, but he will try, and after a few seconds of looking at his calendar he managed to squeeze me in for a survey. The very next day I met Mr. Ramirez and his partner, and they were very professional and thorough. Fast forward five business days later I received the most detailed survey I have seen yet. They are also very friendly and cater to their clients, and in the end, he informed me to contact them if I have any questions or concerns. So bravo to Rampa for stellar service and an excellent survey report. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

We are very happy with Rampa Land Surveying! Quick service and very prompt on responses. He is always a call away and is very helpful through the process. We have given him all of our projects and we worked with plenty of other surveyor companies but nobody gives us the best service as Rampa does.

When a survey is completed, it shows all relevant information at the time of the survey. Some people will reuse the same survey for many years but once a change has been made to the property, it’s recommended that a new survey be made. This includes adding an addition to the house or adding a fence. At Rampa Land Surveying P.C., we recommend getting a new survey when there are any changes to avoid the cost of future property disputes and other unforeseen issues.
To determine whether flood insurance is required, you will need to submit a FEMA flood elevation certificate to your mortgage company. This federal document is the final word in determining whether your property is in a flood hazard area.
