We sat down to find out they let two dogs into the restaurant that were common pets, not service animals. The wait staff was very nice, however my food was horrible. I've been eating at this food chain since the 80s and I've never experienced food like this. I ordered Loaded Potato Soup and it was nothing like the thick, tasty goodness I have always known. I asked to swap out for a loaded baked potato and my waitress was nice to let me do that and took the soup away. When my Atlantic Salmon came, it was like jelly in the center instead of the firm, even texture and color it has always been in the past. My baked potato flesh was brown inside meaning it was over cooked and in some parts it was so hard I couldn't pull the flesh away from the skin. The "steamed" broccoli was barely steamed and hard to chew. I know it should have a little chew to it but this was more fresh than steamed. I won't be back here again. I didn't feel comfortable complaining again. I felt as though this was punishment for the first complaint. My husband ordered the same salmon and loaded potato and they were both cooked as perfectly as they should be.

Our food was tasty and temperature was great, but aside from that it was a terrible experience. Our server was absolutely the worst server we have had anywhere. She didn't pay any attention to what she was doing. She forgot to bring our drinks and when she finally did she messed that up. I ordered a Miller Lite, and got a Michelob Ultra. We also had to ask about our appetizer, which I believe she had forgot about as well. All four of us ordered the chicken tenders dinner, 3 of which were all double fries, the fourth was supposed to have fries and Mac and cheese for the sides but didn't get any Mac and cheese. The server offered to have Mac and cheese to be brought and we declined bc it would have been more of a wait. It was all down to the server not paying attention.

We always get good food and service at this location without the crazy wait times other places in the area usually have.

had a huge amount of people and we had 1 waitress and she was fantastic!! She is absolutely 💯 best!!!
