I'm going to kindly ask you...return my 150 dol that you charged me without having services with you........how is it possible that I already closed my account with you and in the system it appears that I owe 150 dol more .....adding 300 dol....I gave them the equipment I went to the office I paid them what I owed...and they were still able to get my money.....if they don't give me my money back.. ..we are going to do this very big in accordance with the Law....I have bills....I have proof.

Whoever is rating this service higher than 1 star obviously took remedial classes growing up. After this “outage” today. HAPPILY switching to fios Monday morning. Suggest you all do the same. Connection drops. Constantly. Consistently. That’s actually the only thing optimum does optimally…consistently screw your over. I feel Amish using optimum. We probably have the same reception to be fair

The attendants are pickpockets because I called the company and they told me that by changing the equipment or canceling the cervicio I did not have to charge a dollar. And they charged for their & @ - @ & # - # $ 80 dollars. why I do not go back to go more ahy
