Wonderful experience! We have large, loft style windows of varying sizes so we needed to have our blinds custom built. From the first conversations in the store to the final follow-up email after installation, the customer service was exceptional. They offered great advice based on our vision (we wanted black out blinds, but nothing too heavy feeling) and they took the time and care to make sure everything was to our liking. No corners were cut! I only have great things to say about The Shade Store and if you're looking for quality, functional, beautiful shades, definitely give them a call. Oh and ask for Jenn - she is the best!
