As much as I love and respect Dr Hedrick I will never again bring my pets here. There has not been a visit in which I have not waited less than 3-4 hours. They open at 7:30 but vet does not arrive until 10? Asked if my dog could be looked at because of a malpractice spay surgery (they caused) and was told “You can drop her off at 8am and pick her up at 5pm”. I have done a lot of business with these people but no never again. They charge way more than they should and do not ask permission, instead slap you with the bill at the end. I am not knocking the knowledge of the veterinarian just the day to day operations, Billings and hire a front desk lady that is friendly. They could do better.

Sometimes the wait times are a little long but it is worth the wait. I really appreciate them there they really did great with our Rottweiler Lexi. Thank you Doc and everyone else at Davidson Animal Hospital!

No but due to covid you will have to wait like everyone else is, but not long at all , you'll be very happy with the staff and clinic there.
You'll just have to call and ask them I don't have pet insurance. It is a good place to take your animals
Yes, however I do not know the daily cost.
The people there are very caring. Call ahead, I am sure they will be sensitive to this difficult time. The last dog we put down at another vet, there was a 2 step process. A relaxing sedation for 15-30 minutes. A chance for a peaceful goodbye. Then a painless euthanasia. Very calm and peaceful. Trust in the Lord. I have prayed very much and I have concluded that we will see our best friends again.
