Highly upset for their Customer service, went in to get a dress Taylor and he did a job job after I went twice . 3rd time my dress was missing a button and 1 of them had just fell off when I got home, I immediately called and he ended up screaming at me thru the phone, so rude never going back there !

We've used Mark's for several years, and they do an excellent job! I just received a clean dress back from them that I feared was ruined from some dye that had run on it, and they got it out beautifully. In the past, other cleaners have left odd creases in clothing, but my clothes from Mark's are always pressed perfectly. Dependable pick-up and drop-off service 2 days of the week as well. Thank you!

Staff aren't welcoming, very expensive but they do a good job with your clothes. I needed quick service and they provided that but for future service I'll be going elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They lost two items of mine, including a very expensive pair of jeans, and made no effort to resolve the situation or compensate me. They were frequently late with pickups as well.
