Very poor customer service wonted to sell me new phone but didn’t won’t to help active the iPhone 13 that Verizon sent me to switch over from another company and lost out on the sale of 2 otter boxes and screen protectors because of it… went to Walmart and gave them my money instead of verizon go figure

The one that's in Henderson to me its not a good place because I had a problem with my phone and they didn't help me. But they may help anyone else I'm just saying what I went through

I don't use them, but it doesn't seem right that they wouldn't activate it. Did you buy the phone from them? Do you already have a Verizon account? If nothing else, go to Walmart and you can speak to an associate who can probably help you or just buy a Verizon "minutes" card. Quite a few options with the cards and the associate can help with any questions. The activation is simple with the cards, just dial a phone number. Also, I guess you could get the Verizon # from the phone book & go from there. Also, the phone usually comes with activation instructions.

I would also be livid about this. But I also would start taking down names & what was said & when I spoke to whom. And ask for the supervisor. Then also say maybe I need to call the better business beaure, also inform them of word of mouth. Maybe you would get some action then.
I believe that the iPhone 7 is still available. I just dont like them. But that isn't my opinion because it won't be my phone.😀🤣
