Stay away. I’ve been here quite a few times unfortunately. The actual procedures (X-ray, ct scan, mri) are fine, but it’s what comes after that’s the problem. They’ll relentlessly try to balance bill you for thousands of dollars even if they are in network with your insurance. My insurance paid them their contracted rate months ago but that’s somehow still not good enough. If it happened one time I’d let it go, but it’s happened every single time I’ve gone here. I’ve had multiple calls between them and my insurance company, they say that it’s a mistake, then they continue to send more bills. I’d never go there again. Go elsewhere unless you want to deal with their suspect billing practices on top of the health issue(s) that led you there in the first place.

Very awkward getting into the place, the Covid rules are a bit excessive. After sitting in my car and finally getting in though it went well.

Literally the worst experience I have had in my adult life (I'm nearly 60 years old) with any imaging group. My experience with a procedure attempted here was one level above barbaric. I have since had the exact same procedure elsewhere with ZERO issues/pain. Additionally, literally everyone from the Receptionists to the Radiologists at this group would benefit from some training in compassion. They shouldn't be speaking a mile a minute and nonchalantly rattling things off like they are sharing today's dinner specials at the local restaurant. More importantly, remember that every item they are looking to mark complete on their "To Do" list has a real life human attached to it and that "task" is probably not routine or familiar to the patients. A little kindness and human decency would go a very long way here. I will neither return to this facility nor recommend it to others...EVER.
