We was trying to call the local location to see if they had their salad bar and got directed through a CALL CENTER!!!!! WITH FOREIGNERS WHO BARELY SPEEK ENGLISH!!!!!!! I can call Pappa John, Little Caesars, Domino's, and Pizza plus and you get to talk to the place directly! This is absurdly ridiculous! If a restaurant doesn't have the time to speak with me then I don't have time to give them my money!

We had to go get food at Burger King, because the order that was placed at 5:20 had still not got there at 7:45 when we left to get something else. They also will not answer the phone so we can tell them we don't want it! Order was supposed to arrive by 6:20!

The waiter was friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with sweet tea. The pan pizza was hot and still in the pan when it was brought to me.

The pizza is exactly what you expect from pizza hut (I really like their pizza). We mostly went because their salad bar was open again after being discontinued due to covid regulations. However, the variety on the bar was lackluster, you paid per trip, and just 1 visit was rather expensive for what you got. If it were just that though, I wouldnt have been too put off. The reason for the low rating was the fact that the manager was fussing to/about his employees at a volume clearly audible in the dining area and there was lots of inappropriate language being used for a public business. Both my partner and I were feeling very uncomfortable due to this exchange. I suppose its possible we misunderstood the context but it went on for the majority of the time we were there and I cant imagine it was somehow joking banter. If I were being spoken to like that at work I would be finding new employment. I don't care if admonishment was warranted, people deserve to be treated with respect. Cussing out your employees is not okay. We have a lot of options for pizza in our area, and if we really are craving Pizza Hut we will have to support a different location. I cannot justify going back to this particular one after that experience.
