The room had a smell to it that gave me and my wife a headache. The smell was like cigarettes, mildew, and at least one thing we couldn't figure out. The floors were sticky. The room had Nats in it. The beds and pillows had cigarette burn marks in them(nonsmoking room). The AC unit had a rattle that wouldn't stop. The bath room door wouldn't close. The window curtains had holes in it. The bath looked dirty. The grounds had a lot of trash around. The manager was nice. The location was good.

Negative: They canceled my reservation at 7pm of the day I was going to check in. The room appeared to have some renovations but the door did not work, the flooring was new but you would sink in when walking on it. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower

The room was very deplorable, there was dried up blood on the walls, the bathroom was disgusting with mold and mildew around the bathtub and in the corner of the floors near the bathtub(I would not put my dogs in the bathtub) I was in the room for maybe 15 mins and started having a hard time breathing so I decided to check out and get a refund, when I went to check out I was told they could not refund me because I was in the room for 15 mins, I showed them the pictures I took of the condition of the room and their response was it’s just pictures! The hotel should be condemned!! I would’ve gave them no stars but have to at least give one for poor stay and deplorable conditions and rude customer service!!!

I stayed here for 4 nights and thought it was a great value. It's not fancy, but my room had been recently updated and was clean and functional. The room had a microwave, a small fridge, and a decent sized TV. The bedding was all brand new and very comfortable. My check in was quick and the lady was very friendly. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a walmart grocer is directly across the street. Very convenient. I'd definitely come back.
