I placed a mobile order this morning for an iced coffee with less ice. When I came in to pick it up, the coffee that was sitting out was semi- hot, completely melting the ice that was once in the container. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and there was a very long line so I just grabbed the drink and left. I went to work where I placed the drink in the fridge to make it cold. After two hours, it was now just lukewarm coffee, and I had no ice to make it cold enough to enjoy. So on my break, I went back to ask for a new drink. After explaining what happened, the manager argued with me that because I ordered “less ice” that it would melt quicker and told me that I probably left it sitting out too long and that’s why the ice melted. I took pictures of the coffee, taken approximately 15 minutes after pickup. Not only was the ice completely melted, the lid had condensation from the heat of the coffee inside. When I came back with the drink after sitting in a fridge for two hours only to have it feel room temp, there should have been no doubts that the coffee was just too hot to begin with. I understand that the employees were busy in the morning, but after paying $4 for a drink that I was unhappy enough about to come back to have the mistake corrected, I would expect the manager to be more willing to fix the issue rather than speak to me in a condescending manner. Mistakes happen but the resulting experience was enough to go somewhere else next time.

Busy location due to all the attractions in the area. The service is top knotch, and the food/coffee is worth the wait if there is one. I am a regular here and I am never disappointed. Most high recommendation possible!

The customer service here is awful. I come in like once a week and the employees are rude every time and act like I’m bothering them by ordering food. If you don’t like your job quit! No reason to be rude every time for no warranted reason!

Is there a reason why they seem unable to get an order right? I ordered once and got the wrong thing. Ordered 1/2 donuts and got a whole dozen. I let it go. Extra donuts, cool. This time I ordered a frozen coffee and didn’t get it plus I ordered 3 donuts and two of them were wrong. I cannot fault the door dasher because the order was sealed. I get it. Everyone is short staffed but 2 orders on 2 different days both wrong?

I can't answer for Dunkin, I just know they have very good lattes. Never got a bad one.
