this USPS is a government office, and the lady that is working there, take no only one hour lunch, she never return in one hour. always it is a line or 15-20 people waiting. Always the same, today she put a hand writing note saying that is going to re-open after lunch at 2:45 pm and she return at 3:02 saying that the time at the sign was wrong. It is a GOVERNMENT OFFICE!!! What king of joke is it. she has to be honor to work in that place, good salary, good benefits, but she didn't deserve to work in a government office.

Every time I visit this location it’s something and they are so rude! Today, I waited outside for 45min and hours of operation says 8:30am-5pm. I waited until 9:15am with 10 others outside waiting for this place to open, before I left with no outcome. Others are probably still standing outside. This is not professional if you have hours of operations on your website and on your phone lines go by that, if not update your hours. They don’t have hours posted at the door, only on website and by calling in. Another gentleman was waiting outside since 8am! I wish I could give zero.
