ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! The worst customer service I bought a SE 2020 last march the phone was not set up correctly and could only make out going calls the service transfer to T moble is a joke no service in Lakewildwood having to use WiFi at Home then wait to get close to PV Driving to Yuba City No service 80% of the time What a JOKE "THE MOST COVERAGE HAHAHA " Was to have better coverage once the merger was done Now the Store says I have to BUY a 5g phone yet they still sell the LTE Phones What dishonesty !!!!!!!

Super excelent service. I love people in this store, they've an amazing knowlage in tech, super friendly, they dont give up until solve the problem. don'nt waste your time on phone with customer care. Just go to the office. Love you guys. keep doing this.

Seeing cellular coverage maps of the Grass Valley area which looked better for T-Mobile than for other providers, I decided to buy a cheap T-Mobile phone and plan to see if I had reception at my home. When I described my plan to Tyler at the Grass Valley T-Mobile store, he informed me that they had no such phone/plan combination, but that I could borrow a test SIM from his store that would allow my phone to be functional in the T-Mobile network for an hour. I used this technique to quickly determine that T-Mobile signal strength is non existent at my home, saving me time and money (thank you Tyler!).
