The reason why I'm giving this review 5 stars is because Party City provided me with what they're supposed to provide me with. For example, they provided me with birthday candles and most importantly, candles for candle lighting for my bar mitzvah.

They have so much to really decorate beautifully but unfortunately are also going too high in price on many things!
