what do i want to start with first? first, im not even from arkansas.. i just work and live here! well i’ll just tell how the guy who makes the pizzas dont wash his hands as often as he should. i went in today for an alfredo pasta bread bowl and a sprite, okay? cool. i watched him wash his hands and dry them on his apron which was full of germs and flour and more nasty things. i didnt say anything because he had already gotten my food in the oven. after he put my bowl in the oven, he then proceeds to touching different objects (pizza boxes, containers, drinks in the fridge, and etc) NOT ONCE WASHING HIS NASTY hands!!!!! he THEN goes to put his hands in a ball of pizza dough and kneading it for the next order. after getting so tired of watching the disgrace, i finally asked him why dont he wash his hands after he touch different things? he then said “sometimes i forget” i looked at him wide eyed and said what if people wont forget to sue once they get sick behind unsanitary foods. he then stopped talking and went to wash his hands and never looked at me any more. not one time did i go to the manager or anything but i say this to say please go in and order so you can WATCH your food being made and i will NOT be going back!

Tried calling 3 times. No answer just rings. Tried using their app to order, problems with their app. Would not allow me to put code in. Drove there, went in to order. After ordering only 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches, I informed them I would be sitting in my truck out front, asked them to bring it out. The man agreed so I went outside. I sat out there over 30 minutes. I walked back in it see what it was taking so long. A girl walked up to the counter and asked to take my order. I explained that I already did and I have been waiting for over 30 minutes. She said she didn't know I was outside and they were supposed to walk my order out to me. No communication. By time I got the food home it was cold. Not going back.

I have eaten a lot of pizza through the years... Dominos as well. I will tell you though, on a whim we ordered pizza from Hope Dominos, and was extremely delighted! Friendly and comedic delivery person (Monica) and to be honest, the pizza, garlic bread, and cheese bread was off the chain. Not sure what you guys are doing different here in Hope, but don't stop! Definite reorder next time we are in a hotel again as we pass through.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. We ordered the special 2 medium 1 topping with bread sticks, cinnamon sticks and sprite for $19.99. I had a very busy day in Texarkana and I could have gotten dinner there, but I just wanted to get home. My 2 grown sons and my grand baby were at home when I got there, so I asked what they wanted to eat. The said pizza, my baby wanted Dominoes hut but my middle son wanted Pizza Hut and because of the distance I chose Dominoes. I have has some really good experiences with both place. But tonight was the worst. I did not check the order before leaving. We got home one son opened the sprite, the other opened the bread sticks and i opened the pepperoni pizza and there was very little cheese on it and a dab of sauce right in the middle. So I opened the sausage and the same thing. I called them and told them that it was not right. The told me to return it and bring it inside. I was not dressed to bring in inside, so I returned it through the drive through. I am not one to return food to be re made, so I asked the manager for a refund and he refused. Stated that I must return the entire order, but we had eaten and drink out of the other items and I was willing to pay for them, I just wanted to be reimbursed for the 2 pizzas. So I drove home to get the other items, which had been in my home during a pandemic and returned them to the establishment and the manager proceeded to replace the opened Sprite into the cooler. I was refunder my purchase, but this was very bad management and customer service.
