If I could give zero stars I would! Managers and most of the staff always has an attitude, always acting like it's a chore to help anybody. Also doesn't enforce warehouse rules such as (no idling vehicles, no loud music, windows down, ECT). They will walk past a car with all the windows up and the car being on and say nothing. Also covering up barcodes with route stickers which makes it difficult to scan packages at warehouse pickup and on the route during drop off. But most of my complaints is for the staff and managers, all of them need to be replaced! If you don't want to work with the public find a different job. If you want good customer service from a friendly and polite face definitely look for Jahmir (don't know if I spelled his name right). He's the best! So courteous and respectful!

Good warehouse for flex, they always pay above 20$/hr. Just don't go for blocks after 6PM because these go to Brooklyn even though they'll reimburse you for tolls but you still have to deal with Brooklyn.

One of the worst place to go for flex delivery pickup floor associate and team leader very disrespectfull don't like to help the flex drivers with nothing over heard floor associate calling flex driver bad ugly names not cool. This wherehouse need to CHANGE MANAGEMENT ASAP. Need a real manager who can handle day to day service and day flow. Employee need to go they don't know what they are doing even worse.

I don't think they want to work by the way they act and treat flex drivers .Employee and floor manager are disrespectfull they are not friendly as a flex driver I am scared to ask for help because the way they talk to you disrespectful. You book for a specific time for new Jersey they want to send you to Brooklyn, NY. I didn't sign up to deliver package in NYC I am a New Jersey driver. When there's no more route for you time they refuse to scan your phone they just said to leave without scanning you phone. This happened over and over I have to call customer service to get pay.
