Very bad experience and top it off appalling suggestions .. you are in pain today and they will recommend therapy after a week.. lol .. the doctors just ask some basic question and that’s it ..nothing else no medication to relieve the pain no suggestions no investigation on where the pain is no investigations … nothing at all… just avoid this place .. hopefully the one in Ballantyne or Randolph is much better

Staff is incompetent made appointment for Monday and they turned us away due to the lady that made the appointment being new and not knowing how to properly make an appointment. Please go somewhere else

On the portal.. you have to make a profile on the patient portal to be able to download the proper paperwork. Or you can just wait till the day of your appointment come in about 20 minutes early and use their iPad and fill it out
