Doctor was very rude, they don’t communicate with the patients on what procedures they’ll take with patients dogs. I was told to get out and never return after my dog just getting surgery without my permission

Took my dog for emergency visit. Staff was very caring and attentive. Everyone seems to love their job and the animals.

Dr. B and the whole staff are amazing individuals that take awesome care of all our girls, 2 doggies and 2 guinea pigs. Their dedication to ensure the pets, as well as the pet-parents are all taken care of is exceptional. Wait times with an appointment is usually minimal, and when calling in with an emergency, they've always made sure to see us sooner rather than later. I recommend this practice to every pet owner I know, and would strongly recommend it to anybody looking for great, professional and affordable care for their pets. Dr. B also speaks Spanish. Muy conveniente para aquellos que necesiten un veterinario que les hable y les entienda en español.

This office is not fancy. But the veterinarian is amazing. He handles our pets with such care and confidence. We came here one time years ago for an emergency after hour visit and we have never gone back to our original veterinarian. Highly, highly recommend.

I am a current employee at William Penn Veterinary Hospital and this is grossly untrue. The animals that stay at our facility are not traumatized by any amount of lack of care. The doctor is on call 24/7 and if an animal is critical and has to stay overnight the doctor will often check on them. While it is true that we do not have 24 hour staff, this allows for emergency services to still be provided but at a lower cost than a regular 24 hour emergency hospital. Clients are told that there is not staff on duty throughout the night before we allow them to have their pets stay with us. Sometimes it is the better option than a much larger bill at another facility.
Yes. They are still doing curbside but in the event entry is necessary, you will need a mask.
We took our dog to Them not that long ago. It was emergency visit. They did the x-rays and charges were $135 for up to 3 views and consultation fee is different. I don't know if you schedule the appointment then charges may be less. Ours was ER. Thanks
Yes they take care of exotics. I take my parrots there
No
Why would you bother to use them if they didn't take the time to call you back there's a lot of vets in the area not thinking this one's the best at all
To answer your question they do offer financial agreements under certain circumstances. Obviously you should try looking into other options first like a carecredit card as well as crowd funding. Websites like waggle is a crowd funding site specifically for animals who's owners can't afford to pay for their medical treatment. In the event that your care card doesn't approve you for the full amount to cover the bill the doctor with then come up with a financial agreement.
Not sure but I'm sure if you called them, they would be happy to let you know. Would you like their number ?
The vet does look at reptiles. I second David Pérez's suggestion of calling and asking the staff directly.
Yes we do, just call ahead of time. Thank you for asking
Yes, Dr. B sees exotics!
I am a current employee at William Penn Veterinary Hospital. We offer 24/7 on-call emergency services. This means that the hospital is not staffed 24/7 but the doctor will meet people at any time if they deem their situation an emergency. With this being said, the hospital is typically not staffed throughout the night but if the doctor thinks a patient is critical he will stop in and check on him/her throughout the night. This allows for emergency services to be provided but at a lower cost than a regular 24/7 emergency hospital. Clients are told of this before hand and are free to make the decision to transfer to a fully staffed 24 hour emergency hospital if they so choose.
