The Dam Dog Walk is a lot of fun. Plenty of beautiful 🐕🦺 and friendly people. Big Oaks is a really nice area with a boat ramp and an abundance of Oak trees.

Seems like a nice place for a picnic. Several picnic tables around. Does have bathrooms available. Small playground for the kids. Nice boat ramp for access to the lake.

Great views of Lake Hartwell & well-kept picnic areas. Also, it's just a short walk from there to an area where you can observe the Hartwell Dam.
