No salt on cries. Girls so busy dancing to loud music got both order wrong. Only 2 ppl worked. One was moping the floor and the other who took our order and went to pack ot himself as well. Only drink was available soft frink. No shake, frappe or coffee... Line was long.please retrain your employees

After waiting in drive thru line for 30 mins. Get my order and my 3 double qtr pounder burgers are raw. The Lobby is locked and have to wait in another 30 minute line just to give it back and scared to reorder because how do you know they're raw without biting into? Just pathetic. Yeah, my fault for not cooking at home.

Awful, awful, awful food, even worse service. Have to place your order yourself...could only pay with card, wouldn't accept cash, waited 20 mins on 2 biscuits and 1 burrito. The person working on counter shouts out number throws bag on the counter and stroll back to kitchen. The biscuits were fair, atleast edible, however the burrito looked like it was made yesterday. I know people like to exaggerate but I promise you I AM NOT. The tortilla was so hard that I couldn't break it with my hands. I was going to atleast try to eat part of it but was afraid I would get food poisoning. This place really has issues, needs new management, and retraining of staff.
