Hebert Johnson did extremely good on trying to assist me in getting my rental car . He was quick check me in and knowledgeable. I really was very please how Hebert understand my needs to have transportation while my car was getting fix. Jordan great branch manager. I saw her work as team when overloaded with customers . Jordan had great customer service and wonderful smile to Assist her client. Landon Armstrong was helping out however, his fast check in and making sure I was accommodating to rcvd a courtesy ride made felt like I was rcvd VIP service. Mr. Swean the courtesy van driver was awesome in some many ways . I really enjoy his wonderful smile and willness to make sure I was accommodating to Get home and returning my rental . I know there were other that work In the office that assisted me however, I did have their names and want express huge kudos to this office . I love this location even though I'm closer to the Irby street location I still come to West Palmetto. The associates are super friendly and always asking how I am. They are like family to me.
