Worst 🌶 ever!!!!...OMG never ever had a worst experience...the fajitas were undercooked steak and chicken...didn't get chips till after fajitas.. ended up taking it home and microwaving it. Service was slow . We usually go to the one in maryville and they are great.

The food tasted great(all but for the fries were overcooked),as always. But I didn't know that Chili's only has ranch dressing.... I ask for a salad as my side did not get a choice, was just severed ranch. I like an Italian or blue cheese, but like I said no choice was given. We were there at 3:45 and said great we can get lunch special, right? Sever was Not pleasant but said " I guess." I had tried to sign up for Chili's rewards program several and times earlier, it wouldn't take numerous different passwords I tried. When the sever came by with our food, I ask if there was something wrong with their website today "I don't know I just got here" ( attitude was ugly) So then she said that she could do it on the machine at table.with her attitude I didn't want her to help ,plus food would be cold. But she starts with my phone number and then turns it to me and tells me I can fill the rest. We don't go out to eat much and after this experience I don't know if we want to go back to Chili's. We missed going there and was excited about our being able to go out.Very disappointed 😞

This location is amazing! Servers are always so polite and attentive. Clean restaurant and bathroom. Food is so yummy and the value can't be beat. 10/10 everytime
