Busy store this evening, (7-29-22) great customer service ππΌ The part I needed was not in stock but Gavin was able to call the Riverton Location and have the part placed on hold. Thank You and I was happy to help translate for the other customer. Yβall Rock!! π

Man, I love these guys. I have been coming here for years, always been great, but today was the highlight. I had a check engine light on my 2014 Honda Odyssey, brought it in, and asked for their code reader. As always, they let me walk out the door with it and use it for free. And these code readers aren't cheap. I brought the code reader back 5 minutes later and asked the guy at the counter what the codes meant. He spent five minutes going through his computer, looking stuff up, and printing stuff out. In the end he said that one of three parts were probably faulty. Two parts were over $100 - not too bad for a brand new auto part. But the third part was a $7 gas cap. A GAS CAP?? Yeah, he said if the gas cap is cracked or doesn't form a tight seal, it can set off check engine lights. Hoping for the best, I bought the $7 gas cap and a rear wiper blade. I removed the old cap and threw it away. Put the new cap on. Got in and drove away. The check engine light turned off and never came back on. For free service and the least expensive auto part on earth, O'Reilly guys solved my check engine problem. (I have a feeling that if I had brought that to an auto shop, they would have replaced ALL 3 parts and charged me $700!)

Employees were helpful and friendly. I was able to get in and out quickly. Ordering online was OK. Website needs a bit of work.

I do not like the new staff. The older staff is great. Couldn't tell you the names. But whenever I need something they never seem like they know what they're talking about. Then, one slow day, they asked me to do a burn out because they were bored. When I denied they said it was probably because I drive a ford. Now I'm all for joking and feuding between motor companies. But this one felt immature and unprofessional. I've always been a devoted oreilly shopper. But when I'm in herriman I will go to autozone instead, which for once has better customer service.

I called them, and they said they sell parts for the differential, but not the whole thing
