Went to Tenneson Nissan Saturday morning for an appointment to get my battery replaced from waking up to a dead battery along with getting a tune up done for a 2011 Nissan Maxima with 85k on the dash. Paid $745 just to get home and my check engine light comes on popping up a P1777 code and now my car won’t move. Extremely livid and frustrated about this situation being that I traveled from Valdosta and now I have no idea how to get my car back to them so they can fix this issue. My car was perfectly operational and just needed a new battery and now my car is not operating after paying for services. Reaching out to the service department Monday morning as soon as they open. Extremely dissatisfied!!!!

I had my car recently towed here due to the alternator locking up. I worked with service advisor Todd who told me this the day after I got my car towed. When my car was ready, upon startup the engine was stuttering and was having a hard time cranking. Not only to mention, every time I went in reverse there was this awful squealing noise. I went back in and Todd brought me back the technician who brought my car. Nick turned on my car, popped the hood and checked if everything was tightened, then could not give me an answer as to why my car was not fully fixed. They were going to release my car in an unsafe condition, and I also had a 4 hour drive home because I was evacuating from Florida. I went back in and asked Todd to get it fixed. I also had asked to speak with the manager multiple times and have not received a call. After they fixed it that time, on my way home my radiator hose blew and i was stuck on the highway for 2 hours. The service department is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention the services department did not pickup my call after the radiator hose blew off. They released my car in a dangerous condition twice, knowing I was 4 hours away from home and had to check on my house. The technicians are extremely negligent in their work and this company is also not to be trusted as most of the time they seem not very confident in their abilities. Do not bring your car here for service unless you want to put your life in danger.

Ive rented from them in the past with no issues. Just return it clean, full of gas and don't smoke in it and you'll have no problems. I had my security deposit back within 24 hours
Tenneson Nissan does have used Jeep vehicles. You can find Jeeps on the used cars inventory page on the website.

I called and got the info and it's $49 plus tax, tag, and title. no $49 down, it's $49 and it's done, no payments. but to be fair to everyone, they're keeping the cars a secret.
