They took 2 hours to load. Nice and clean restrooms for drivers. The entrance for Shipping/Receiving is from dairy drive (all the way behind the plant). Nice and friendly people,Good experience.

Whoever is in charge of Confluence Outdoors website and web presence should be embarrassed and terminated. I could build a better one with Wix. Pelican bought the whole of Confluence Outdoor... Dagger, Perception, lifetime, wilderness... This explains the swift downward spiral down the toilet as far as quality and customer service. Blame everything on COVID. Convienitly.. I have been to Greenville SC before. Not a factory people can tolerate... high turn n burn. Very hot ...open air... no AC just a few worthless fans. Treat employees on the line like slaves. FASTER... Cheaper.. Wholesale to the big box stores... screw the kayak tour outfitters that could be introducing kids to kayaking...demo of your Product to 1000s of potential customers. If I ran the company here, there would be a kayak sales and service team just for kayak tour and rental companies.... it shouldn't be so hard to buy 20 kayaks at once. I am the #1 kayak tour from America's #1 beach. I am also the guy inventing the kayak/ Sup vending machine. I'm going to need over 100 kayaks for my 10 vending machined placed at top resort hotels along Florida's Sunshine Coast...millions of tourists a year will rent these kayaks. Which kayak? Perception Highlife / Kids High 5... Or some other manufacture that answers their phone. If I can't get thru to them.... Goodluck to you trying. Also note...there is nobody reviewing their reviews or responding.

We have worked with Confluence for over seven years; however, the company has degraded drastically over the past two years. The company provides no communication with their dealers and quality control is almost non-existent. We have received kayaks missing hatches, seats, and having large gashes across the hulls. Unfortunately, this happened on multiple occasions, and not just to us, but also to customers who purchased directly via the company’s online platform. They only value their relationships with big-box retailers and do not seem to want the business of independent outfitters. Other kayak manufacturers are simply better and easier to work with.

Picked up a load of kayaks...no problems...was loaded and gone in 1.5 hours. Friendly staff...fast loading. I came in off of the 575 Mauldin Rd entrance and drove my truck around to the back.
