I arrived at GSP about 7pm last night. For some reason Uber would not connect on my phone, so decided to use Eastside instead. I knew that it would be double the price, but at least it would be a nice car etc. Firstly, they did not pull the car around but had me walk out to where it was parked. Not a big deal, but not what I would expect. When I saw the car I should have said something: it was an old Dodge minivan, with body damage on the passenger door. The inside of the van smelled bad and the seats were covered in stains. I did not want to sit on them. The vehicle made a terrible noise from a bad vibration when it was stationary. Yes, it go me home and the driver was very nice and courteous, but I paid $80 with a tip to ride from GSP to Haywood Road in a POS car. If you are going to charge premium prices, you need to provide a premium car/service.

Had a super early morning ride to the airport. Our driver showed up early and was waiting for us to come down to the lobby. Everything went smoothly and very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend their services!
